How We Work
We empower from the ground up through coaching, community leadership, and solidarity. Our RECET Model (Renew, Connect, Equip, Thrive) is the core of everything we do.
Entrepreneurship and Solidarity Funding
We train women in savings, business management, and help them launch IGAs. Through collective savings, group loans, and links to financial institutions, women take control of their financial futures.
Family Support
We provide psychosocial counseling, safe spaces, and medical referrals for abused women and children. We also advocate for legal rights and provide access to marriage certificates and community nurseries.
Life skills and Leadership
We train women in health (nutrition, SRH, hygiene), peacebuilding, non-violent communication, and conflict resolution—helping them grow into confident, resilient leaders.
